You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to Assesslytic, including notes, documents, study materials, assessment prompts, passages, logos, images, audio, speaking responses, writing responses, and operational instructions. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you own it or have all rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful basis needed to upload, store, use, and allow Assesslytic to process it.
Where the service lets an individual user upload notes, documents, or study materials for that user's own private practice, review, assessment generation, or learning workflow, the user may use those materials only for personal, internal, non-public purposes unless the user has permission to share or distribute them. Uploading content to Assesslytic does not give you rights in materials you do not own.
You grant Assesslytic a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, copy, store, transmit, analyze, display, reproduce, and process your content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the service, including through subprocessors and AI providers acting on our behalf. Assesslytic does not claim ownership of your content.
Assesslytic may remove, disable access to, restrict processing of, or preserve records related to content if we reasonably believe it violates these terms, infringes another person's rights, creates legal or security risk, or must be retained for audit, dispute, safety, or legal compliance purposes.
